South Africa's Coffee Roastery of the Year three times over (The Coffee Magazine, 2018, 2019 and 2023), Rosetta has been roasting specialty coffee in Cape Town since 2010. They're built on a simple belief: that great coffee starts with looking after the people at every link in the chain — from the farmers who grow it, who they pay fairly and generously, to the baristas who pour it. They source standout single-origin beans from the world's most celebrated growing regions and roast each one in small batches, celebrating just how distinct every origin can taste.
