Remuneration: R20,000 per month

4WKS is seeking a vibrant, creative and can-do digital content creator to join our dynamic, ambitious brand team. This role will focus on creating awareness for 4WKS while building community through sharing the essence and ethos of our culture; through cool content that champions and celebrates our roasters; as well as helps us share and achieve our mission of using a pod, and shifting habits, to shift the planet! The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of and proven ability in creating content for social media platforms, as well as excellent writing and design skills to bring ideas, quickly, to life. We are also looking for a team player who believes in our mission and vision of being a platform for change and in business as a force of good.
Your Role
You’ll be responsible for helping us to bring the 4WKS brand to life by building and fostering our community through exceptional, on-brand, creative content creation. Reporting directly into the 4WKS Brand Manager & Brand Director, you’ll be helping us execute on building brand and awareness specifically through social media (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.), web assets, and newsletters.Your Core Responsibilities

Social Media Creation & Management: End-to-end content creation, including curation, copy and assets, with a strong focus on behind-the-scenes content and reels; as well as assisting with community management.

Copywriting: Creating engaging, and precise copy across all platforms, in 4WKS’ tone of voice and brand style.

Newsletters: Execute on (design and write) compelling, meaningful mailers.

Internal Design Work: Create on-brand visuals using Figma templates and Adobe Suite.

Influencer/Ambassador Outreach: Assist in building relationships and partnerships with relevant personalities.

Collaborations: Support in executing partnerships and collaborations.

Campaign & photoshoot facilitation: Help organise and participate in photoshoots.

Customer Engagement: Help us look after our Club Members as VIPS, including content creation and community management.

Online Support: Offer timely assistance to our online community.
Required Skills

Creative Conceptualisation & Follow-Through: Ability to conceptualise, execute, and deliver high-quality, on-brand content.

Strong writing skills: Creating engaging, on-brand communication.

Strong design eye and skills: The ability to create visually-compelling assets.

Proficient in design and design tools (Figma, ideally, or Adobe Suite).

Proficient in photography, videography, and editing.
