Role: Wholesale + Business Development Manager
Experience: Mid-level, 3+ years in sales
Location: Permanent, based in Woodstock, Cape Town
Remuneration Bracket: R28,000 - R40,000 per month (incl. GP-Based Commission)
Start Date: January 6, 2025

4WKS is seeking a dynamic, high-performring, results-driven Wholesale Manager to
lead our wholesale and B2B business across South Africa. This role will focus on
closing new business, scaling revenue, improving profitability and building strong
commercial relationships across our 4WKS retail, hospitality and corporate sales
channels. This is a sales-first, target-driven role with clear accountability for financial
performance and customer relationship management. We are looking for a team
player who believes in our mission and vision of being a platform for change and in
using business as a force of good.
