How to activate your subscription in 3 steps
Follow these simple steps to activate your subscription and securely update your card details. (For security reasons, we can’t transfer your card details to the new system.)
Step 1:
Enter email & search for your subscription
Step 2:
Update Your Payment Method
Click "Edit" next to "Payment Method" to update your details. Once saved, a confirmation box will appear - click "OK," and you're all set!
A small R1 transaction will be processed and refunded to verify your details.
Step 3:
Review Your Subscription
Log in via "My Account" (top-right corner) to check and update your subscription details if needed.
